2. Peppermint oil


  • 5 to 6 drops of peppermint oil.
  • One spoonful of oil of wintergreen (available within the market or online).

4. Olive oil

1. Kandharasana

Lie flat on a mat first, then bend your knees and bring your hips to your hips. Keep your arms straight around your waist. At this point, lift your hips in the upward direction. Hold your breath during this time. Slowly return to the old state and continue to breathe. Repeat this posture 4 to 5 times a day.

2. Bhujangasana

Lie flat for this position first. Place your legs straight and move your hands up your shoulders. Now raise the front of your body with the help of your hands. Slowly exhale into the normal position.

3. Chakrasana

After staying in this position for 1 or 2 minutes, slowly exhale into the normal state. This posture helps to tighten and tighten the waist muscles.

4. Makarasana
